Site Description

Pullman Serve is all about tangibly showing the love of Jesus to children, their families and the Pullman community.

Sunday afternoon you’ll arrive at The Linking Center and spend the day settling in, learning about the community, building new friendships and preparing for the upcoming week.

Throughout the week there will be opportunities to go into the community to serve others. Those work projects could be cleaning a yard, painting, splitting and stacking wood, maintenance work around The Linking Center or other random acts of kindness that will help someone.

Each afternoon, you will spend time preparing for Vacation Bible School. Children and their families will begin arriving at The Linking Center in time for a free dinner. Following dinner, Serve participants will partner up with a group of children and help with VBS crafts, games, worship and Bible lessons.

Take a break from suburbia (if that’s where you live) and join us for week-long summer mission trip as we seek to impact our own community with the love and grace of Jesus Christ. If you have ever wondered about life in a small town, this is the place for you.

“Pullman Serve is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It made me grow so much in my faith. Helping the community is such an amazing feeling. The kids look forward to the VBS so much and every year they make new friendships and it’s amazing to watch. The community is so grateful for everything we ever do for them. It’s crazy how much of a bond you can make with a kid over a week. Overall this experience so so fulfilling and everyone should have the chance to help out this AMAZING community.”
